In its most developed form it can go beyond our thoughts and feelings to become a very special type of action. Join us together in discovering compassion not only for others but, most importantly, for ourselves.
Beginning with a heart opening yoga sequence, Lainey will lead you and prepare your heart to open to compassion, love, acceptance and gratitude. Completing practice, Rhoda Pillsbury, our Reiki Master will provide the experience of Karuna Reiki, the practice of delivering healing energy which assists us in awakening universal compassion.

Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It has been said that an hour of yoga nidra can be as restorative as four hours of regular sleep.
Students will start by warming up with basic yoga movements, then find a comfortable resting position using blankets, pillows and anything that provides comfort. Shayna will guide everyone through a healing and soothing script of guided meditation to create space for participants to rest in a subconscious state for an hour of deep relaxation.
