INTENSITY: LOW - MODERATE

Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of themes.

Sunset Restorative Yoga

BEGINNER / ALL LEVEL

INTENSITY: LOW

Relax.  Unwind.  Watch the sunset.  Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.  During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. An excellent complement to more active practices (as well as our busy lives) and an excellent antidote to stress. Stillness is a powerful practice.
