I began my yoga journey in 2016, after just graduating from high school. At this point, I felt very confused and pressured to know what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Yoga helped me slow down and calm my anxieties about the future. It taught me how to be more mindful of this present moment. I fell in love with the lifelong practice and soon realized this was my passion and I had to learn how to share it.
One year later, I graduated from the 200-hour YTT program through Blue Sun Yoga. My classes are focused around correctly aligning the students in yoga postures while taking full advantage of props and calming the mind through meditation. Cannot wait to see you on the mat!
