2021 CLASS UPDATES

Our spring studio schedule is now up! We are continuing to offer a mix of select small group classes in our studio (masks required!) as well as continuing to provide virtual and outdoor classes. Please be sure to check the class location on MindBody, or call us at 262-586-0199 with any questions. Although things may look different than what we are used to, we have so much to be thankful for! Know that we are stronger together. Keep moving because movement is where change occurs!

NEW CLASSES FOR SPRING!

TRX

Wednesday's  |  7:15 PM

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

YOGA FOR DETOX

Thursday's  |  7:15 PM

A warm power flow yoga series that will promote healthy detoxification, and support the circulatory, digestive, and lymphatic systems!

OUTDOOR CLASSES

For our outdoor classes, we have two beautiful locations set up — The Lawn next to our studio, and The Pond across the street from us. You will see the outdoor class locations noted on the schedule as either "Pond" or "Lawn."

 

We will have hand sanitizer, bug spray and sunscreen on hand for each class, however, at this time we are not providing mats or studio equipment for use during class. If you need a mat, we do offer yoga mats that can be purchased before class. We recommend that you bring a large blanket to lay down under your mat + any props/equipment you wish to use during class. We will be spacing everyone's mats out at least 6' apart for all outdoor classes.

 

What To Bring To Class

  • Yoga Mat

  • Full Sized Flat Bed Sheet or Picnic Blanket.

  • Water Bottle

  • Bug Spray

  • Sunscreen/Hat

  • Props/Equipment for Class

  • Extra clothing layers for cooler days

 

THE LAWN

Located on the lawn west of the studio

THE POND

Located on the north side of hwy 50 directly across from the studio. Look for WildRoots Outdoor Banner by the gravel driveway north of the studio and hwy 50. Follow the long gravel driveway straight back until you see the pond and bright green paddle boards. The pond will be on your left side. Please park along the side of the gravel driveway.

  • Early and late cancel rules apply to all virtual and outdoor classes 

  • Please review our COVID-19 Policy prior to attending any outdoor classes. 

VIRTUAL CLASSES

We are still offering select virtual classes for those who prefer to work out from home. These classes are listed as "Virtual" on the schedule. Some of our small group studio classes will also be streamed virtually — Please be sure to enroll in the virtual version of the class if you do not wish to participate in person. 

ACCESSING YOUR VIRTUAL CLASS

Follow these easy steps to join:

  1. Simply sign up for a virtual class just as you would a physical class! Sign in to your class through this link Click Here to Join Your Favorite Classes, the MindBody Fitness Tab on your computer, or your MindBody App on your smartphone. 

  2. Download Zoom (A FREE APP) onto your tablet, or smartphone or access zoom.us on your laptop.

  3. We send a link to you for your Zoom Class with password 2 hours before the class session.

  4. Watch a YouTube video on how to Join a Class

  5. We will see you on your Mat in our Virtual Studio in the comfort of your own home.
